Who we help
Different starting points. The same standard of care.
People arrive here for very different reasons. Begin with the description that sounds most like you — you don’t need the right words for it yet.
-
High performers
Everything looks fine from the outside. That is often the hardest part.
For founders, executives, professionals and athletes carrying sustained pressure — a private, structured space to work on what drives it.
Often helps with: Burnout · Perfectionism · Decision fatigue · Imposter beliefs · Performance blocks · High-functioning anxiety
-
Adults
You have been managing it for years. You would like to stop just managing.
Evidence-based therapy for the patterns that keep returning — whatever you do for a living, and whether or not you have a diagnosis.
Often helps with: Anxiety · ADHD · Trauma & PTSD · Depression · OCD · Chronic stress · Emotional regulation
-
Young people & families
You want to understand what is going on — and what will actually help.
Cognitive and psychoeducational assessments for preschoolers, children and teens, with clear recommendations and guidance on school support and funding.
Often helps with: ADHD · Learning difficulties · Autism (ASD) · Giftedness & 2e · Anxiety & emotional functioning
The part no one sees
Success doesn’t make you immune to strain.
Perfectionism, overthinking and a relentless drive to achieve are rarely personality flaws. More often they are learned responses — patterns that once helped you cope or succeed, and now keep your nervous system working overtime.
You don’t need to be in crisis, or have a diagnosis, to start a conversation.
What others see
What it can feel like
- Leading the meeting.
- Replaying it at 2 a.m.
- Hitting every target.
- Finding rest harder than work.
- Training through the season.
- Unable to switch the pressure off.
- Holding everything together at home.
- A focus that comes and goes without warning.
- Calm in a crisis.
- A voice of self-criticism no one else hears.
Our approach · The N.E.U.R.O. Protocol™
Understand the pattern. Change the response.
Insight alone rarely changes how you react at 2 a.m., or in the boardroom. Our structured model brings together schema therapy, cognitive reprocessing and guided prospective imagery.
In plain terms: we work out what is driving a pattern, why it still fires under pressure, and then rehearse a different response until it holds in real life.
-
Stage 01
Neural mapping
Identifying the core beliefs, triggers and automatic responses — many formed early in life — that shape how you react under pressure.
-
Stage 02
Emotional activation
Tracing how those beliefs show up today: perfectionism, overwork, people-pleasing, worry.
-
Stage 03
Unification
Bringing thinking and feeling into alignment, so what you know and how you react stop pulling in different directions.
-
Stage 04
Reconditioning
Structured, evidence-based reprocessing of the beliefs that keep old patterns running.
-
Stage 05
Optimization
Guided prospective imagery — rehearsing calmer, more adaptive responses to the real situations ahead.
The clinical detail
The N.E.U.R.O. Protocol™ (Neuro-Emotional Unification & Reconditioning Optimization) is a neuroscience-informed treatment model. It works with the networks in which maladaptive beliefs and stress responses are held, using structured reconditioning to bring cognitive (cortical) and emotional (limbic) processing into alignment.
It draws on neuroplasticity — the brain’s capacity to form new associations — to replace outdated emotional templates with adaptive, future-oriented responses. Its schema reconditioning component is developed from Schema Therapy, CBT and EMDR principles.
Every plan is individual. Progress is tracked with Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT), so your plan is reviewed against your goals rather than assumed.
